Job Responsibility:
Design and implement Kubernetes clusters in on-premise environments, ensuring high availability and performance
Collaborate with development teams to define and implement CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, or similar
Automate deployment processes and infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Helm
Monitor and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters, applications, and services to ensure optimal performance and reliability
Implement security best practices for Kubernetes environments, including role-based access control (RBAC), network policies, and secrets management
Work with cross-functional teams to define and implement DevOps best practices, including version control, testing, and release management
Conduct performance tuning and capacity planning for Kubernetes clusters and applications
Document processes, configurations, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding
Some travel activities (e.g. for kick-offs, project meetings) needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, with a strong focus on Kubernetes on-premise implementations
Proficiency in containerization technologies (Docker, container orchestration with Kubernetes)
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) and version control systems (e.g., Git)
Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Helm)
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
Understanding of networking concepts, security practices, and cloud-native architecture
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Proficient in English Language, both oral and written
