Assesses customer requirements from a technical perspective with respective effort estimations
Assists in the design and development of proof of concept and prototypes
Collaborates with Solution and IT Architects on the delivery of DCC@DC Solution functionalities
Supports cross-communication with different internal teams
Steering of internal and external developers
Participates in tier 3 IT Solution support activities including incident management and the assessment and delivery of application upgrades and patches
Documents specifications and supports the creation of operational support manuals during the technical implementation
