We are seeking an organised, detail-oriented IT Department Administrator to provide essential support within a busy and friendly IT team. This is a varied role where you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of IT operations across projects, suppliers, and internal systems. Job Responsibility

  • Act as the primary administrative support for the IT department
  • Ensure all departmental admin tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
  • Book meetings and coordinate schedules across the team
  • Liaise with suppliers, internal offices, and the finance team
  • Track contracts, renewals, and subscriptions to ensure nothing lapses
  • Maintain and update supplier accounts and subscription data
  • Provide administrative support across ongoing IT projects
  • Assist with data gathering, reporting, and process updates
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Support and improve internal administrative processes
  • Ensure the department remains organised and compliant
