Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Demand & Delivery Specialist to manage complex, end-to-end IT projects across VOIS centres. This role focuses on delivering innovation projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work on initiatives involving process automation, robotics, and artificial intelligence, ensuring seamless integration with local systems and smooth transition to production environments.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage a portfolio of IT projects through their full lifecycle, from requirements gathering to rollout
  • Coordinate technical aspects including application delivery, testing, data, infrastructure, and deployment
  • Drive innovation projects focused on automation, robotics, and AI
  • Oversee change management and customer service requests
  • Mitigate risks by managing scope changes, competing priorities, and budget impacts
  • Ensure transparent communication between business planning and technical implementation

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering large-scale projects in an international environment
  • Strong technical background in automation, AI, cloud platforms, infrastructure, and networks
  • Certified in a recognised Project Management methodology
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to engage from technical teams to senior leadership
  • Financial acumen with expertise in project planning, resource forecasting, and milestone management
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
