Job Description

We are seeking an individual to lead the end-to-end IT delivery of innovative technology initiatives within our Office IT function. This role focuses on the implementation and roll-out of solutions such as robotics, automation, artificial intelligence, and other shared service tools across an international, matrix environment. The role is accountable for ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards, supporting VOIS growth and transformation objectives.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the full IT delivery lifecycle for complex implementation and roll-out projects
  • Act as the single point of contact for IT delivery
  • Deliver projects in line with committed timelines, budgets, and quality expectations
  • Identify, track, and manage interdependencies, risks, and issues across multiple projects and teams
  • Collaborate with internal matrix teams and external partners across multiple geographies

Requirements

  • Strong experience in end-to-end IT delivery across multiple, complex projects in an international environment
  • Hands-on experience with integration initiatives covering applications, data, testing, infrastructure, and deployment
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, high-uncertainty environments and adapting delivery approaches as needed
  • Communicates clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing
  • Typically built around five or more years of experience delivering IT projects
  • Project management certification (such as PRINCE2) considered beneficial but not essential
