Job Description

Provide effective delivery leadership in support of one of NTT DATA’s commercial accounts including resourcing, budget, structure, and policies & procedures. Manage day-to-day relationships with all NTT DATA teams onsite and offshore to ensure the delivery of Outsourced Services meets or exceeds the Client’s expectations. Ensure service lines meet current and future capacity requirements Ensure that NTT DATA performs the services agreed to by the master services agreement and Statement of work(s) in a manner that is consistent with both the spirit and the letter of the agreements. Establish Support and project Governance, delivery processes and practices, as applicable for the client engagement, and manage critical operational issues partnering with the offshore leadership. Ensure timely resolution of escalated service delivery problems and minimize the impact of any client service delivery issues Define and maintain service standards in line with Client expectations and drive continuous improvement of service levels for all services being provided to client. Regular focus on margin improvements and identifying opportunities to reduce operational costs. Implement metrics reporting to the services delivered Provide accurate forecasting of resources and costs, and drive annual account operations planning, Provide early warning to the appropriate Business Partnership & Planning leaders and team regarding degraded or missed service levels and growth opportunities. Create vision, clear direction, and strategy for the team; Constantly monitor and improve team efficiency, effectiveness, and impact. Lead solutioning and responses to proposals based on new leads and opportunities identified at the account Lead and enable enterprise-wide thinking in the team; Remain informed on industry security trends and issues, including emerging technologies, and navigate a path for creating new opportunities in new technologies Cultivate strong relationships and become the trusted partner for client stakeholders to drive growth and expand to areas/domains where there is no NTT Data presence. Understand client needs and provide solutions based on NTT Data’s Agentic AI offerings/framework and AI tools. Drive annual account planning and strategy for YOY growth, aligned to the client’s business priorities

Requirements

  • 15+ years’ experience as a Delivery Lead/Manager including roles or initiatives in Commercial Industries and 5+ years in managing delivery operations for >$20M+ Annual revenue.
  • 15+ years’ experience of Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • 15+ years’ Experience in leading S/W development projects/solutions and Application Maintenance & Support engagements with Agentic AI based tools and solutions.
  • 15+ years’ Experience in driving consistent revenue growth and profitability for the account/company
  • 15+ years’ experience in Strong client engagement and presentation skills to C level executives with an innate ability to influence.
