Job Description

We are modernizing our legacy SQL Server data environment and migrating to a modern cloud-based architecture leveraging Azure Data Lake, Snowflake, Databricks, and optimized SQL Server. The selected Data Engineers will design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines, ensure high data quality, and support advanced analytics across the organization.

Requirements

  • Snowflake / Azure Data Lake / SQL Server (role‑dependent)
  • 5+ years hands-on experience in the primary technology area
  • Performance tuning & query optimization
  • 3–5 years of experience optimizing large, complex datasets
  • Databricks (preferred for all)
  • 2+ years experience

Nice to have

  • Workforce Planning experience is a strong plus.
  • Backgrounds in modern cloud data ecosystems, enterprise data engineering, and large-scale data migrations are highly desirable.
  • Ability to provide architectural guidance, make recommendations, and help steer the team in the right direction.
  • Deep experience with modern cloud data best practices and migration strategies.
