Job Description:

We are looking for an IT Product Owner to join our internal consulting team and play a key role in driving the implementation and ongoing evolution of the Dynamics 365 system in area of POS and SCM. In this role, you will collaborate with experts to continuously improve system functionality, deliver innovative solutions, and ensure smooth rollouts across new markets and brands. This is a unique opportunity to lead strategic initiatives within a large-scale international HORECA project, work with cutting-edge Microsoft technologies, and actively shape the digital transformation of a global organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Configure and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce and SCM
  • Collaborate on designing new features and integrating external solutions with Dynamics 365
  • Influence the product roadmap by implementing your own ideas and improvements
  • Work closely with business and technical teams to create clear specifications and documentation, ensuring alignment with expectations
  • Coordinate efforts across departments and external partners to drive system development and implementation

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with POS or ERP systems as a consultant or administrator (Dynamics 365 experience is a big plus)
  • Familiarity with SQL databases, API integrations, and Microsoft Azure platform
  • Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage priorities effectively
  • Analytical mindset combined with a creative approach to solving complex problems
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge business and technical stakeholders
  • Fluency in English (B2 level or higher)
