This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support while contributing to the rollout and optimisation of HubSpot, a key business-critical system. As an IT / CRM Intern, you’ll support the day-to-day IT operations across the business while playing a key role in enabling the successful deployment of HubSpot. By helping manage routine IT support tasks, you’ll allow senior team members to focus on strategic CRM development, giving you exposure to both IT support and CRM systems. You’ll collaborate closely with experienced IT specialists, gaining insight into core systems, processes, and company-wide technology projects.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide first-line IT support, resolving employee tickets efficiently
  • Configure and prepare devices and peripherals for new starters

  • Ability to work 40 hours per week for at least 6 months
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a strong interest in growth, lifecycle marketing, or CRM

  • Execution mindset: Proactive, hands-on, and energized by getting things shipped, even under tight deadlines or shifting scopes

  • Build and iterate on prompt-based tools and lightweight automations to speed up campaign production and analysis
  • Use AI to support segmentation logic, A/B test analysis, and the interpretation of campaign results
  • Build an internal playbook of automation use cases and prompting best practices that the team can reuse
