We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented IT Coordinator to join our dynamic technology team. In this role, you will serve as a central point of contact for IT operations, providing essential coordination and administrative support to ensure smooth IT service delivery across the organization. You will work collaboratively with IT teams, end-users, and external vendors to optimize processes, manage projects, and maintain operational excellence. Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and support IT projects from initiation through completion, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and result validation
Manage IT ticketing systems and help desk operations, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation of issues and requests
Serve as a liaison between IT teams, departments, and external vendors, facilitating clear communication and ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables
Track and monitor IT project timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation, escalating critical issues to management for decision-making
Maintain and update IT asset inventory, software licenses, and hardware tracking systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
Prepare and distribute regular status reports, meeting minutes, and performance dashboards to stakeholders
Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees, coordinating IT access provisioning and equipment allocation
Assist with IT process improvement initiatives, analyzing workflows and recommending optimizations to enhance efficiency
Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, expense tracking, and departmental budget monitoring
Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting guidance to end-users, escalating complex issues appropriately
Collaborate with IT teams to implement new systems, tools, and technologies, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption
Requirements:
3–5 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience
Proven experience in IT coordination, project support, or similar administrative role within a technology environment
Strong proficiency with IT ticketing systems and help desk software
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
