Job Description:

IT Coordinator position at Meixi Lake Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Changsha. Responsible for troubleshooting technical problems, maintaining computer hardware and software, providing technical guidance, and ensuring workplace safety.

Job Responsibility:

Troubleshoot and repair technical problems or issues related to computer hardware and peripheral equipment
Respond to program error messages by finding and correcting problems
Provide technical guidance and recommendations to resolve business problems
Maintain and upgrade hardware and software
Report work related accidents or injuries
Identify and correct unsafe work procedures
Follow property specific procedures for handling emergency situations

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
