Requirements
2-3 (min.) years of experience in IT, consulting, project management, or a related field
Higher education in IT, engineering, business, or a related field

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
Ability to create clear presentations and written deliverables for both technical and business audiences
Proactivity, self-sufficiency, and willingness to travel (approx. 50%)
Fluent in both Polish and English (spoken and written)
