Assess clients’ current IT infrastructure and identify areas for improvement or optimization
Provide expert advice on IT solutions, including hardware, software, networking, cloud services, and cybersecurity
Work closely with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and technology requirements
Recommend and design customized IT systems, solutions, and strategies that align with the client’s objectives
Implement and integrate new IT systems, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal disruption to business operations
Provide training and support to clients’ teams to ensure they can effectively use the new systems or technologies
Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver end-to-end solutions
Assist with IT project management, including creating timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
Stay updated on the latest trends in technology and advise clients on emerging tools and technologies
Perform system diagnostics, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and security
Ensure IT systems comply with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., data privacy laws, industry certifications)
Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies for managing and mitigating IT-related risks
Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented systems to ensure they meet client expectations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and follow-up

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience as an IT Consultant or in a similar IT advisory role
In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
Expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and system integration
Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and data privacy regulations
Proficiency in project management tools and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in teams
Ability to assess business needs and translate them into technology solutions

IT certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, CompTIA) are a plus
Previous experience working in consulting, client-facing roles, or enterprise-level IT implementations is preferred
