Job Responsibility:

  • Assess clients’ current IT infrastructure and identify areas for improvement or optimization
  • Provide expert advice on IT solutions, including hardware, software, networking, cloud services, and cybersecurity
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and technology requirements
  • Recommend and design customized IT systems, solutions, and strategies that align with the client’s objectives
  • Implement and integrate new IT systems, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal disruption to business operations
  • Provide training and support to clients’ teams to ensure they can effectively use the new systems or technologies
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Assist with IT project management, including creating timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in technology and advise clients on emerging tools and technologies
  • Perform system diagnostics, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and security
  • Ensure IT systems comply with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., data privacy laws, industry certifications)
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies for managing and mitigating IT-related risks
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented systems to ensure they meet client expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and follow-up

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an IT Consultant or in a similar IT advisory role
  • In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
  • Expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and system integration
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and data privacy regulations
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in teams
  • Ability to assess business needs and translate them into technology solutions

Nice to have:

  • IT certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, CompTIA) are a plus
  • Previous experience working in consulting, client-facing roles, or enterprise-level IT implementations is preferred
