It-consultant enterprise international

• Lead customer workshops to provide guidance, share best practices for implementation, conduct software training and requirement analyses
• Translate requirements into technical implementations and configure our HR software
• Lead, structure, and plan your work packages in a project context, collaborating closely with other consultants and customer representatives
• Work on projects primarily in the French & Benelux markets, focusing on large enterprises and multinational corporations, while supporting our international team on large global projects
• Provide professional and technical support for new and existing customers in workforce management
• Daily interaction with customers remotely, with periodic travel for on-site assignments, customer meetings, and internal gatherings

• 4–8 years of experience in an IT consulting role
• Excellent communication and active listening skills, enthusiasm for direct customer interaction, and a proactive approach to learning and professional development
• Well-organized, structured, and self-motivated with a hands-on mentality in consulting
• Fluency in English and French
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
• Completed university degree, ideally in a technical or scientific field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or Physics
