Join our team in Utrecht/Paris and play a key role in our international market expansion, with a specific focus on large enterprise clients. As an IT Consultant, you will be responsible for requirement analysis and implementing our enterprise solution, working closely with clients from initial onboarding to full deployment.
Job Responsibility:
Lead customer workshops to provide guidance, share best practices for implementation, conduct software training and requirement analyses
Translate requirements into technical implementations and configure our HR software
Lead, structure, and plan your work packages in a project context, collaborating closely with other consultants and customer representatives
Work on projects primarily in the French & Benelux markets, focusing on large enterprises and multinational corporations, while supporting our international team on large global projects
Provide professional and technical support for new and existing customers in workforce management
Daily interaction with customers remotely, with periodic travel for on-site assignments, customer meetings, and internal gatherings
Requirements:
4–8 years of experience in an IT consulting role
Excellent communication and active listening skills, enthusiasm for direct customer interaction, and a proactive approach to learning and professional development
Well-organized, structured, and self-motivated with a hands-on mentality in consulting
Fluency in English and French
Flexibility and willingness to travel
Completed university degree, ideally in a technical or scientific field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or Physics
Nice to have:
Advantageous to have proven experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships in previous roles
