Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute communication strategies that improve IT awareness, reinforce IT’s strategic value, and increase engagement across the enterprise
  • Create and curate content (e.g., campaigns, intranet/SharePoint articles and pages, newsletters, presentations, FAQs, success stories) that makes IT initiatives and services clear, relevant, and accessible to diverse audiences
  • Own and evolve IT communication hubs on SharePoint (structure, navigation, content, key links, and updates) so information is user‑friendly, easy to find, and consistently presented
  • Translate technical concepts into meaningful narratives that highlight business outcomes, user impact, and value delivered by IT
  • Partner with OCM and Corporate Communications to ensure messages are consistent, timely, and aligned with organizational priorities and brand tone
  • Coordinate content intake, reviews, and publishing workflows using internal collaboration tools to ensure communications are timely, accurate, and well governed across channels
  • Use feedback and basic performance indicators to continuously improve content clarity, engagement, and communication effectiveness

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in digital communications, IT/change communications, content strategy, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s is an asset)
  • Strong bilingual communication skills (French & English), written and verbal (Spanish is an asset)
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex information and create clear, engaging content for technical or specialized audiences (experience in aerospace/manufacturing is an asset)
  • Proven experience supporting enterprise technology or organizational change initiatives, adapting messages to different audiences and levels
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools such as Outlook and SharePoint (experience with learning/training platforms is an asset)
  • Strong portfolio and practical ability to produce engaging assets
