We are looking for an experienced IT Cloud Manager to oversee cloud infrastructure and lead technical teams in delivering secure, scalable solutions. Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage cloud infrastructure projects to ensure secure and efficient operations
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks
Direct the configuration and management of networking systems, including firewalls, VPNs, VPCs, and load balancers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cloud strategies with organizational goals
Ensure all systems adhere to security and compliance frameworks, such as SOC 2 and similar standards
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering attention to detail and growth
Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to optimize operations
Develop and refine processes for continuous improvement and streamlined workflows
Manage backup technologies and configuration management to safeguard data and system integrity
Utilize analytical skills to troubleshoot problems and implement effective solutions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud and infrastructure engineering
At least 2 years of experience in team leadership or people management
Hands-on expertise with DevOps tools, CI/CD systems, Infrastructure-as-Code, and automation frameworks
Strong knowledge of networking principles, including firewalls, VPCs, VPNs, and load balancing
Experience in maintaining secure systems that comply with SOC 2 or similar standards
Proficiency in Active Directory, backup technologies, and Cisco systems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
