Job Responsibility

The IT Ops role operates within an Agile and DevOps framework, serving as the guardian of Production across the full project lifecycle. Acting as a key stakeholder, they ensure production requirements are embedded into the technical solution from the outset, while maintaining the stability of both Production and non-Production environments and overseeing the monitoring and supervision of technical solutions. They are an active participant in project team meetings, contributing to collective decisions and assessments around complexity and risk throughout the project. Working closely with Application Production Support, they identify and champion best practices in application production, promoting them broadly across the organisation.

Requirements

  • Proficient in modern monitoring and observability technologies including Elastic Search, Grafana, Prometheus, and Dynatrace
  • Solid understanding of the DevOps toolchain — GitLab, Artifactory, Jenkins, SonarQube, Mattermost, and Ansible
  • Hands-on experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
