The IT Clinical Analyst will be responsible for the design, implementation, support, and maintenance of our clinical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare data and systems, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex digital information to improve patient care.

Job Responsibility

  • Support daily operations and troubleshooting across multiple EMR systems (e.g., Trubridge/Evident, PointClickCare, PICIS, eClinicalWorks, etc.)
  • Work directly with clinical teams to analyze workflows and optimize system performance
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory
  • Assist with system upgrades, patches, testing, and deployment
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for staff using clinical software
  • Document support issues, solutions, and system configuration changes
  • Collaborate with IT, compliance, and HIM teams to ensure secure and efficient EMR usage

Requirements

  • Experience with clinical device integrations or HL7 interfaces
  • IT certifications (CompTIA, MCSA, etc.)
  • Prior healthcare IT or help desk support experience
