Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Client Account Coordinator to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing schedules, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a deep understanding of IT systems and tools. Previous MSP experience is highly preferred. This role is hybrid, onsite in Boston 3-4 days a week.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate and manage calendars for Client Leads, Consultants, and Technical Account Managers to ensure efficient scheduling and resource allocation
  • Utilize Microsoft 365 tools and platforms such as ConnectWise or Autotask to track and maintain project workflows
  • Prepare and deliver detailed reports using standardized templates while ensuring accuracy and clarity
  • Foster strong communication with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships
  • Oversee project timelines and ensure all deliverables are met within agreed-upon deadlines
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless project execution and client satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze project performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support document coding and ensure proper handling of client-related documentation
  • Maintain and update relevant systems to ensure all client information is accurate and up-to-date

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination or a related role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Enterprise tools and platforms such as ConnectWise and Autotask
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle complex schedules and multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client relations
  • Experience with document coding and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights through reporting
  • Familiarity with IT service management processes and tools
  • Previous experience working at a MSP is highly preferred
