We are looking for an experienced IT Client Account Coordinator to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing schedules, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a deep understanding of IT systems and tools. Previous MSP experience is highly preferred. This role is hybrid, onsite in Boston 3-4 days a week.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and manage calendars for Client Leads, Consultants, and Technical Account Managers to ensure efficient scheduling and resource allocation
Utilize Microsoft 365 tools and platforms such as ConnectWise or Autotask to track and maintain project workflows
Prepare and deliver detailed reports using standardized templates while ensuring accuracy and clarity
Foster strong communication with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships
Oversee project timelines and ensure all deliverables are met within agreed-upon deadlines
Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless project execution and client satisfaction
Monitor and analyze project performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
Support document coding and ensure proper handling of client-related documentation
Maintain and update relevant systems to ensure all client information is accurate and up-to-date
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination or a related role
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Enterprise tools and platforms such as ConnectWise and Autotask
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle complex schedules and multiple tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client relations
Experience with document coding and maintaining accurate documentation
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights through reporting
Familiarity with IT service management processes and tools
Previous experience working at a MSP is highly preferred
