Job Description

The client is seeking an experienced IT Change Manager who can drive structured, secure, and efficient change processes across a complex IT environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Execute risk management activities — identifying risks, assessing impact, defining mitigation strategies, and reporting insights
  • Support requirements definition using standard elicitation and documentation techniques
  • Establish and operate configuration management processes for Configuration Items (CIs), ensuring secure classification, auditing, and accuracy
  • Manage change control end?to?end: assess, analyse, document, implement, and track change requests
  • Maintain and configure change management and automation tools to support lifecycle reporting and governance
  • Apply Software Development Life Cycle and System Development Life Cycle concepts to guide change implementation
  • Execute routine IT service changes, producing schedules and time estimates
  • Perform data analysis to assess change impact, track KPIs, and support evidence?based decisions (Power BI/Tableau affinity valued)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree + 2 years experience in IT change management
  • Minimum 2 years managing change requests through full lifecycle
  • ITIL certification
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, stakeholder influence experience
  • Experience training end?users on new systems or processes
  • NATO country citizenship + NATO Secret or UK Security Check clearance
  • Fluent in English
