Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Change Manager to oversee and manage the change management process within our IT department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITIL frameworks and experience in managing change processes to minimize service disruptions and ensure smooth transitions. Inetum is a European leader in digital services with a team of 28,000 consultants and specialists striving to make a digital impact for businesses, public sector entities, and society.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the change management process, ensuring all changes are documented, reviewed, and approved before implementation
Chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to assess the impact and risks associated with proposed changes
Coordinate with various IT teams to schedule and implement changes with minimal disruption to services
Conduct risk assessments for proposed changes and develop mitigation strategies
Ensure that all changes comply with ITIL best practices and organizational policies
Maintain comprehensive documentation of all change requests, approvals, and outcomes
Prepare and present reports on change management activities, including metrics on success rates, failures, and improvements
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure they are informed about upcoming changes and their potential impact
Collaborate with project managers, IT teams, and business units to align change management processes with organizational goals
Continuously review and improve change management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Stay updated with the latest ITIL frameworks and industry best practices

Fluent in English - Expert

SCRUM - Expert
Excel - Practice
Power BI - Practice
Service Now - Practice
Ability to manage Change, Incidents and Problems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
