FinXL IT Professional Services is an innovative Australian owned company providing our clients with technology enabled business solutions and consulting services. As the go-to mid-tier Service Provider for many Australian and International clients, FinXL enjoys a diverse client portfolio, boasting some of the industry leading: Telecommunication, Banking and Finance and Commercial Corporations, along with many State and Federal Government Departments. We are seeking a IT Business Systems Analyst to join our team full time who will be working onsite in Melbourne CBD. Reporting to the Business Systems Team Lead, you will be providing business/systems analysis services and advice on complex issues relating to Data platforms.

Job Responsibility:

Creating Epic and Jira Stories against the use case and requirements
Analysing existing use case documents to create stories to align development for new system
Organising Journey walk-through of stories and mapping of stories to Accept criteria to apprehend coverage
Documenting technical specifications
Writing the technical road-map from the as-is state to the to-be state
Document such changes, and write and communicate user stories as necessary
Demonstrated craft to translate complex business requirements into product requirements /user stories

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in IT preferred
At least 2 years experience in a similar role
Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management and process mapping
Experience in writing - business and functional
Project Management experience would be viewed favourably
Excellent communication skills

Nice to have:

Project Management experience would be viewed favourably
