Job Description:

The IT Business Senior Analyst is responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information, contributing to continuous exploration and investigation of business performance, and driving business planning.

Job Responsibility:

Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex projects
Foster communication between business leaders and IT
Consult with users and clients to solve complex system issues/problems
Support system change processes from requirements through implementation
Provide input based on analysis of information
Identify and communicate risks and impacts
Act as advisor or coach to team members
Perform other duties and functions as assigned
Assess risks in business decisions
Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Requirements:

Experience in Interbank Payments, Liquidity Management, Treasury Processing
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio
Ability to define and document scope and system requirements including Epic, User story, and functional specs
Experience in requirement gathering, impact analysis, solution analysis, and risk assessment
Ability to prepare reports, metrics, and presentations for stakeholders
Skilled in coordinating with different stakeholders including business operations, technology development, and project management
Ability to operate with limited or no direct supervision
SME-level capability to advise senior stakeholders and team members
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
