Job Overview: Citibank, N.A. seeks an IT Business Senior Analyst for its New York, New York location. Duties: Work within Citi’s U.S. Personal Banking Technology space on the Deposit, Savings & Secure Lending team and specifically within the Branch Technology team, which serves as the principal point-of-contact for the Branch Business and ensures the delivery of all Branch Mandatory & Strategic initiatives. Focus on Business Analysis and System Analysis skillset to deliver programs/projects with key partners including Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Business, as well as external vendors. Provide input during development and implementation phases, including formulation and definition of systems scope, objectives and necessary system enhancements for complex, high-impact projects. Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex projects and foster communication between business leaders and IT. Consult with stakeholders to solve any system issues and problems through in-depth evaluation of business processes, systems, and industry standards, and recommend solutions. Support system change processes from requirements through implementation and provide input based on analysis. Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications and partner with multiple management teams and other units to meet organizational objectives. Identify and communicate associated risks and impacts of applying technologies to the current business environment, including consideration of business implications. Serve as advisor to lower-level analysts. Act as the subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and other team members. Requirements
Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or Information Technology, or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as an IT Business Senior Analyst, Business System Analyst, MIS Analyst, Solution Delivery Consultant, Manager – Financial Services Analytics, Business Analyst, or related position analyzing and supporting IT initiatives and programs for broad-based stakeholders, including business and operations departments. Minimum of 5 years of experience must include: Business process modeling techniques, requirements gathering, and documentation tools
