  • 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in commercial data management, dashboard development, or reporting—either in-house or via consulting
  • Practical knowledge of Veeva CRM operations, including target setting, territory management, data extraction, and module rollout
  • Experience in sales force effectiveness (SFE), such as customer targeting, territory alignment, and incentive planning
  • Familiarity with technology roadmaps, business case development, and collaboration with IT and vendors
