Job Description

Hiring for an IT Business Partner, Finance and Human Resources to join an IT organization as a senior individual contributor. This role acts as a strategic bridge between IT, Finance, and Human Resources, translating business requirments into scalable, secure, and compliant enterprise soultions. This position is hands-on and business-facing, similar to a senior business systems analyst, and plays a key role in a migration from a legacy ERP to Oracle Fusion. The role reports directly to the CIO and works closely with Finance and HIR leadership.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and IT stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and functional requirements
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for enterprise applications
  • Support and help drive the migration from a legacy ERP to Oracle Fusion (SAP experience also relevant)
  • Serve as a subject‑matter expert for supply chain-related business systems and workflows
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors on system configuration, enhancements, and integrations
  • Support system integrations using Boomi
  • Ensure enterprise system configurations and data governance practices support SOX, FDA, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements
  • Assist with testing, validation, documentation, and change management associated with new systems and enhancements
  • Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement for supply chain systems post‑implementation

Requirements

  • Experience working in a business‑facing IT or systems role (e.g., IT Business Partner, Senior Business Analyst, Enterprise Applications Analyst)
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and operational business processes
  • Hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP or SAP
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Experience working in regulated environments (medical device, life sciences, healthcare, or manufacturing preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with business and technical teams

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting ERP implementations or major ERP transformations
  • Familiarity with Boomi or similar integration platforms
  • Experience working with FDA‑regulated systems and data
  • Exposure to IT systems supporting manufacturing, logistics, or global supply chains
