Job Description:

The Olympus Wholesale Lending Credit Risk team is building a next generation Data Fabric solution to solve the evolving Business, Analytical and Regulatory needs of Citi's Lending business. The Data Fabric will bring together disparate data sources for Institutional Credit Management (ICM) organization and enable industry-leading analytics, client reporting, regulatory, surveillance, supervisory reporting(s) and data science solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze wholesale loans data requirements and identify disparate data sources required for consolidation
Document functional specifications and coordinate delivery with technology team
Design logical and conceptual wholesale loans data model to meet business requirements
Work with stakeholders to understand and gather requirements and produce business specifications, functional design and associated documentation
Validate solution implementations and ensure they meet business and functional requirements
Ensure adherence to and develop best practices supporting Citi's Project Management Standards
Ensure business reporting needs are met with elegant and timely technology solutions
Ensure proper development life cycle is followed with artefacts to support Internal Audit
Provide production deployment support, and investigate data quality issues
Work with various technology leads to ensure gaps in data completeness or accuracy are bridged

Requirements:

6+ years of experience
Business/data analysis experience in financial industry
Subject matter expertise in financial industry - wholesale loans/lending business
Experience with database and SQL is required
Excellent documentation, analytical and process-based skills to produce process flow diagrams, business modelling, and functional design
Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with extensive experience using Excel for data analysis
Experience with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle
Comprehensive knowledge of the principles of business analysis
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Big Data platform is a huge plus
Master's degree preferred
