Job Description:

The Technology Lead Business Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information effectively. Responsibilities include managing business and technical solutions, leading teams across geographies, testing, and strategy development within the treasury domain.

Job Responsibility:

develop creative technical solutions to meet business needs and manage complex, high volume applications
manage multiple work stream and applications across geographies for credit initiation and onboarding
contribute to formulation of strategies/processes for product road map, development and governance
develop communication to guide, influence and convince others
provide advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business
filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources
supervise day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management, work allocation, mentoring, etc.
appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made

Requirements:

6-10 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis
demonstrated expertise in presenting and using planning tools
proven diplomatic and analytical skills
proven ability to manage complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact
bachelor's degree/university degree or equivalent experience
master's degree preferred
8-10 years of experience in banking industry with treasury domain focus
experience on implementing a few solutions across country region or global
knowledge about money market and fixed income products
knowledge about liquidity in general and specific on intra-day liquidity management
experience in writing functional test cases and execute test when delivery comes
experience in conducting SIT testing and UAT testing with application users
experience in writing FRD solution document based on documented or non-documented requirement
