Job Description:

The Global IT PREP Program is a full-time rotational program focused on building next-generation leaders through training, mentorship, and various organizational roles. It offers global exposure, professional networks, and skill development to help graduates grow their careers in IT.

Job Responsibility:

Contribute towards key strategic initiatives and activity plans for Global IT
Develop and engineer reusable infrastructure components
Drive implementation of data governance processes and metrics for Global IT
Serve as a data & reporting analyst, contributing to strategic initiatives
Perform testing and analysis for Global IT collaboration services

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree with completion by May 2026
Great Leadership skills
Strong written and verbal skills
Experience working in business, participating in IT projects
Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills
