IT Business Analyst

• Identify and analyze current state business processes and system inadequacies
• present ideas for process and systems improvements
• collect data, code, and configure activities necessary to develop new interfaces
• handle data flow with external warehouse vendors
• operate multiple projects, small initiatives with the help of various applications on daily basis
• manage scope and meet manual, automation functional and non-functional deliverables with quality, time, and cost parameters
• prepare process flow diagrams and coordinate with business users to get approval on the requirements
• collaborate with Business and Systems Analysts, Developers, and project management groups
• work with Developers and Quality Assurance Analysts to ensure service behavior and assists product teams in meeting customer needs
• plan, handle and oversee integration and ensure adherence to project management methodologies

• Master's Degree in Information Technology Management or Equivalent
• Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted
• Required tools and utilities: Workday HRMS, Microsoft Visio, SQL Tableau, MuleSoft, Middleware, Azure, Jira, and Microsoft Office Suite
