Job Responsibility:

  • Gather requirements and define business processes to modernize legacy systems to cloud-based solutions like Oracle WMS, Oracle ERP, and Workday HCM
  • Configure and validate Workday Core HCM modules including Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Talent and Performance, Absence and Leave, Payroll and Time Tracking
  • Develop and design Oracle manufacturing modules such as WIP, BOM, OPM, and supply chain execution modules like OM, PO, SE
  • Support the setup of OTC and PTP process cycles in Oracle ERP
  • Define new features and enhancements to migrate legacy railroad e-commerce systems to newer applications hosted on the latest Java backend and frontend Angular versions
  • Develop and build TOSCA integration with Jenkins CI/CD pipeline, Jira, Neoload and qTest to manage project development and quality assurance needs
  • Utilize multiple TOSCA features like UI, Vision AI, Data Integrity, API testing for validation and automated quality checks
  • Host all Agile/Scrum ceremonies
  • Prepare key implementation plan (KIP) documentation, generate reports, process flow diagrams, and Gantt charts
