Job Description:

You're a key individual to drive digital transformation and/or cybersecurity initiatives for our client - a financial institution. As an experienced Business Analyst with strong technical aptitude, you will be instrumental in supporting complex technology solution implementations within a dynamic, enterprise-scale environment.

Job Responsibility:

Analyse business processes, systems, and data to identify improvement areas and define effective solution options
Lead stakeholder engagement (interviews, workshops) to elicit, define, prioritise, and document user stories, backlogs, and project requirements
Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications, ensuring solutions meet stakeholder expectations and project goals
Develop and maintain clear project documentation, including process flows, requirements, user guides, and support materials to facilitate understanding and smooth transitions
Partner closely with business, IT, cybersecurity, and data teams to ensure seamless project execution, manage dependencies, and maintain clear communication channels

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, technology, or cybersecurity, preferably gained within enterprise-level environments
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with experience in analytical techniques such as SWOT analysis, feasibility studies, and interface analysis
The ability to approach problem-solving from both an end-user and a technical perspective, understanding and resolving difficult issues
Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in a client-facing role or management consultancy is highly preferred
