• Should Be Able To Prepare Project Vision Document
• Should Be Able To Prepare Business Requirements Document
• Should Be Able To Prepare Functional Requirement Specification (FRS)/ Functional Specification Document (FSD)
• Should Be Able To Prepare System Requirement Specification (SRS)/ System Requirement Document (SRD)
• Should Be Able To Prepare Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)
• Should Be Able To Prepare Use Case Diagrams
• Should Be Able To Prepare Wireframes, Mockups
• Should Be Able To Prepare Change Request Document
• Customer requirements gathering and engagement
• Create scope documents, functional & non-functional requirements, features etc ensuring all stated and unstated customer needs are captured
• Create workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, writing specification after thorough research and analysis of customer requirements
• Engage and interact with internal team - developers, QA, testers & managers
• Empower the customers through demonstration and presentation of the proposed solution/ prototype
• Ensure ongoing reviews and feedback from customers to improve and deliver better value (services / products) to the customers
• Engage with delivery team to ensure right solution is proposed to the customer
• Support QA/testing team with periodic testing to ensure solutions meet the needs of businesses by giving timely inputs/feedback

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as IT business analyst
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
• Advanced technical skills
• Excellent documentation skills
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• A track record of following through on commitments
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Experience leading and developing top-performing teams
• A history of leading and supporting successful projects

Having Experience of working on an Accounting & ERP Software will be an added Advantage
