IT Business Analyst

• Collaborate with clients to create comprehensive business analysis and functional specification documents
• Organize workshops with clients to clarify project scope and requirements
• Analyze and translate business needs into detailed functional modules
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, working to optimize and enhance integration processes
• Work closely with the development team throughout all phases of the agile development lifecycle, supporting QA and support teams to ensure quality and functionality
• Develop BPMN workflows and define business rules using our in-house platform's graphical editors
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and client satisfaction

• 2+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Clear and effective verbal and written skills to engage stakeholders
• Ability to work well in cross-functional teams
• Flexibility to navigate changing business needs
• Understanding user needs and stakeholder perspectives
• Prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Team player with problem solving skills
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• Hands-on experience on SQL
• Fluency in English and solid presentation skills
• Experience in Banking projects or complex IT systems would be a strong plus
• Military obligations fulfilled, if applicable
