Job Description:

As an IT Business Analyst, you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving automation, improving workflows, and ensuring seamless delivery across projects. We have a strong footprint in the Banking sector with a lot of challenges for you!

Job Responsibility:

Analyzes and challenges business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications
identifies process inefficiencies and proposes optimization strategies
collaborates with Process Owners and Key Users to build and maintain documentation (Functional Specs, Test Plans)
supports IT teams throughout project phases, ensuring alignment and quality
tracks project progress and communicates updates to stakeholders

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
strong analytical and documentation skills
solid understanding of IT systems and technical environments
familiarity with the banking or financial sector
proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
ideally Lean Six Sigma methodologies
proficiency in English (mandatory)
French is a plus
strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
excellent communication and stakeholder management
proactive, organized, and client-focused

Nice to have:
