Job Description:

IT & Software Business Analyst - Leeds plus WFH - £60,000 to £65,000. A large-scale professional services organisation in Leeds is urgently seeking a new IT & Software Business Analyst to join their team. They are going through a significant IT transformation programme - implementing Salesforce and a number of other new business applications to change the way they work and deliver to customers.

Requirements:

  • Strong track record as a Business Analyst, focused on software / applications delivery & integration
  • Experience of the full life cycle as a BA - from requirements gathering to the testing phases of software projects
  • Experience of Waterfall and Agile methodologies

Nice to have:

  • Experience of Salesforce integration projects
  • Any experience of ERP or off-the-shelf (COTS) software
  • Experience of working in a large, complex organisation
