Job Responsibility:

Define, formalize, and validate the requirements cooperating with the stakeholder involved, complying with company’s current best practices, and ensuring appropriate solution arising from the business need
Support the business in carrying out user tests
Solutions business impact assessment and develop consistent action plans
Share knowledge of their area of expertise and provide functional support

Requirements:

5+ years of experience with IT projects as a Business Analyst
Experience in analysing and translating user needs in detailed functional specifications
Experience in banking projects it's a must
Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions
Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols
Knowledge of the DB2 relational database management system, language and associated tools (SQL, Platinum, SPUFI, etc.)
French conversational
