Job Description:

Analytical Skills and Business Analysis expertise. Proficiency in Business Requirements gathering. Understanding of Business Process Optimization. Knowledge of Information Technology systems. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in a software development environment
2+ years of experience in preparing technical documentation, including user manuals, proposals, and compliance documents
Excellent communication skills

Nice to have:

Certifications in Business Analysis or IT project management are a plus
