Job Duties: GatherRequirements, define business process to migrate legacy Oracle HRMS systems tocloud based Workday HRMS system. Implement testing strategies, configurevarious modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Payroll,Recruiting and Talent Acquisition. Design, configure, automate businessprocesses using TOSCA to enhance current application systems which includeHire, Change Job, Termination, Propose Compensation etc. Strong knowledge indeveloping Custom Reports, Advanced Reports using Report writers. Build customintegrations (Inbound/Outbound) via core connectors and EIBs. Manageintegration using Calculated Fields, EIB, Document Transformation, WorkdayConnector, XML, XSLT, Web Services technologies. Use EIB's and iLoad to loadthe new data, changes to the existing data in the tenant. Good knowledge onMuleSoft integration to integrate third-party system with client workday systemusing CCW (Inbound and Outbound). Work with business team to review reportrequirements, deliver Knowledge transfer on developed reports directly to the client. Prepared Test cases, user acceptance test cases, bug fixing.Collaborate with HR to create and maintain Workday Roadmap with intent toextend value of Workday functionality and new capabilities. Keep the team up todate with Workday releases, via release notes, schedule internal release reviewmeetings to understand changes and new functionality. Required Tools and Utilities: Workday 32, Tricentis Tosca, Microsoft Azure devops, JIRA, XML,XSLT, SOAP UI, Postman, SQL, Workday EIB, Workday Custom reports, WorkdayServices, and MuleSoft.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Information Technology or Equivalent
  • Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted
