Job Description:

Our technology teams work closely with HSBC’s global businesses to design and build digital services that allow millions of customers around the world to bank quickly, simply, and securely. CIB Technology supports HSBC by enhancing business capabilities in areas such as trade and receivables financing, liquidity and cash management, capital financing, investment banking, payments, and credit lending. The role involves decommissioning Risk Applications (Libra Legacy project) while ensuring data quality, mapping, and aligning with technical requirements.

Job Responsibility:

Analysis of the data flows and data sourcing of the in-scope applications for the risk models e.g. not limited to: Anadefi, Akido, BDP, OGR, NMC
Close cooperation with application owners, architects and other Tech SMEs
Finalization of the systems data mapping
Analysis of data lineage to meet data quality principles
Finalization of the technical requirements for involved PODs
During execution Phase: participate in building testing strategy, creating and execution of test cases
Handling reporting on status progress for area of responsibility
Close cooperation with PM assigned to project

Requirements:

Senior Business Analyst skills preferably with experience in Risks/Finance/Loans Data
Strong analytical skills, eye on details
Fluent English is mandatory, fluency in French would be an asset
Experience working with dynamic, highly collaborative teams
Good interpersonal skills, autonomous and proactive

Nice to have:

Fluency in French
