IT Business Analyst

• Partner with business units to identify needs, define requirements, and deliver effective technology and process solutions
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into system specifications
• Collaborate with IT, development teams, and vendors to design and implement process improvements
• Support testing and validation of system changes and enhancements
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide insights and track performance metrics
• Facilitate user training, documentation, and adoption of new systems and tools
• Support cross-functional projects by driving alignment between business objectives and technical capabilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or process improvement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, data analytics tools, and ERP/CRM systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams

Experience in construction, engineering, or related industries preferred
