Job Description:

We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to support the Business Operations Manager and help drive transformation in how our IT Operations function. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business/technical requirements, balance operational needs while delivering creative practical solutions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a strong analytical thinker, proactive problem-solver, highly organized individual with a strong understanding of the IT environment.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with IT and Security to understand existing processes, workflows and standard operating procedures
Assist in modification and development of IT and Security processes, enhancing business procedures, optimizing operational efficiency, and reducing costs
Document standardized procedures for the effective utilization of processes and IT technology - encompassing systems, workflows, protocols, repetitive tasks to ensure consistent and reliable operations
Act as a liaison between technology and operations, aligning technical capabilities into practical process improvements
Gather requirements and interpret data, while delivering actionable insights to support decision-making
Collaborate in company-wide initiatives and transformational efforts, to coordinate comprehensive needs and potential interdependencies
Assist the Business Operations Manager in operational day-to-day, supporting ongoing initiatives and execution
Contribute to dashboards, metrics and reporting to support operational visibility

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information systems, Business administration or related area or equivalent work experience
3+ years of related BA experience, IT or Operations
Proficient in business analysis concepts, process mapping & documenting requirements
Organized, efficient, solution oriented and proactive working style
Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and initiatives in a complex, fast paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, including cross-functional collaboration
