Job Description:

Working within the Business Services and No7 Beauty Company IT team, this is an opportunity to work as a business analyst across a diverse landscape of applications and projects. You will be at the centre of the team, delivering solutions that put our internal and external customer needs first.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work collaboratively with business and IT partners and using a variety of techniques to define, capture and prioritise requirements and create user stories, including functional, non-functional and IT operational requirements for the project
  • Analysing business requests, identifying and evaluating options for improving business systems and processes, ensuring the customers' needs are always at the forefront of our solutions
  • Plan the business analysis work for projects by defining timescales, milestones and dependencies for the work to proceed in an Agile or Waterfall manner as appropriate
  • Work in a team of other Business Analysts on large / complex pieces of work, ensuring that the vision, scope and requirements are aligned across the entire project
  • Support the Lead Business Analyst to engage with departments to understand their strategy and business plans to create product roadmaps
  • Support test teams and project managers with the evaluation of defects and prioritisation of these defects
  • Represent the business and their requirements through the project lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Business Analyst
  • Excellent ability to manage and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders at all levels in the business
  • Ability to delve into the detail and strive for a collaborative understanding to deliver the best solutions for our customers
  • Ability to support across multiple projects, deadlines, and carve your own path and work
  • Always seek to understand and to bring others along when your understanding is greater than theirs
  • Experience of working within both Agile and Waterfall software delivery environments

Nice to have:

  • Experience of working in a corporate or retail environment
  • Experience of working as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Agile Business Analyst
