For our Nootdorp office we’re looking for an IT Business Analyst with the Global Applications Systems department. Within this varied role, you work together with many disciplines, you create functional designs and oversee the configuration of these designs. Moreover you provide advice to the deployment teams for these processes together with the Business Process Owners (BPO). This means, you are end- to end accountable for creating good quality designs, providing the required functionality in our enterprise applications and making sure that the user can use the system as intended working with the BPO’s in testing the functionality before releasing it.
Job Responsibility
You are responsible for creating good quality designs and good documentation of the configurations and specifications
You work together with the business process owners, oversee the configuration of the designs in the system and will provide advice to the deployment teams about the correct use of the system in relation to the blueprint design
You drive design of standardized, harmonized global processes in line with best practice to prevent region-specific processes, with exception of local legal/regulatory requirements
You provide current against target process analysis for deployment of target business processes in alignment with the global technology roadmap
You will oversee the backlog to ensure that the team is working on the right priorities and you will oversee the quality of the development
You will coordinate with the team of business analysts and project managers on a day-to-day basis
You will assist with functional testing and advise about correct use of the system
You will perform 3rd line functional support and ensure proper handover to the operations team
You take timely actions for periodic maintenance to ensure correct functioning of the system.
Requirements
You have a bachelor or masters degree in Information Technology or Business Administration
You have at least 3 years' relevant experience with integrations and data exchange between different business systems
You are proactive and can manage your work independently while being a central point of contact for senior management stakeholders
You have knowledge and experience with implementing or growing SaaS and On Premise systems from idea to implementation
You are experienced with SQL, dimension modelling, data structures, Microsoft Power Platform and ETL processes and you are familiar with tools such as Visual Studio / VS code, Azure DevOps.
