We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with a strong Dynamics 365 (D365) background to serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role will focus on gathering requirements, optimizing business processes, and supporting the implementation and ongoing enhancement of D365 solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of D365 functional capabilities, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the primary Business Analyst for Dynamics 365 (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, or CE modules as applicable)
Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
Support D365 implementations, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements
Collaborate with developers, architects, and vendors to ensure solutions align with business needs
Analyze existing business processes and recommend process improvements and automation
Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution
Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations
Create and maintain documentation including workflows, requirements, and training materials
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Strong understanding of business processes and ERP/CRM systems
Experience writing functional requirements, BRDs, and user stories
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Nice to have:
Experience with specific D365 modules (Finance & Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, CE)
Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
Experience with integrations, APIs, or data flows related to D365
Prior experience supporting ERP or CRM implementations
