IT Business Analyst

• Gather requirements and define business processes to modernize legacy HR and Financial systems to cloud-based solutions like Workday HCM and Oracle Financials
• Develop and execute Test strategies and Plans
• Conduct tests to ensure system changes and enhancements meet requirements
• Create use cases, user stories, and technical documentation
• Prepare reports and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Perform quality analysis on initiatives, enhancements, and production defects
• Implement testing strategies and configure Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Absence and Leave
• Test E2E business processes such as Employee Life Cycle, Procure to Pay, Record to Report (RTR)
• Script and execute tests for back-end testing - ETL, warehousing, Databases, APIs
• Test Cloud Infrastructure – Instances, Load balancers, Gateways, Security Domains by Implementing TOSCA, qTest, NeoLoad and other Testing and reporting tools
• Arrange tenant and localization set-up for HCM and Payroll modules
• Build BIRT reports using Workday Studio and configure Prism utilizing various prism functions
• Create data-driven tests using TOSCA and automate functionality
• Develop and build TOSCA with Jenkins and Jira

• Master's degree in Business Administration or Equivalent
• Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted
