In this customer-facing consulting role, you will work with enterprise clients to understand their business challenges, assess their current IT environments, and provide technology recommendations that support business transformation and growth. Leveraging NTT DATA's global methodologies, frameworks, and expert communities, you will help customers define practical technology roadmaps and make informed decisions about their future IT landscape. You will participate in workshops, analyze customer environments, conduct assessments, and deliver high-quality advisory reports and presentations to senior stakeholders. Your recommendations will help clients optimize their technology investments while creating opportunities for further transformation initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong technical background who enjoys combining technology expertise with consulting and customer engagement. This role follows an hybrid model with 3 days a week working on-site in NTT Data offices in Budapest, 2 days a week working remote.
Job Responsibility
Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand business objectives and technology challenges.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with customer stakeholders.
Assess existing IT environments and identify opportunities for improvement and transformation.
Translate business requirements into technology strategies, recommendations, and actionable roadmaps.
Prepare and present professional advisory reports and executive-level presentations.
Contribute to consulting engagements across areas such as Data Center, Networking, Cybersecurity, and Contact Center solutions.
Support pre-sales and business development activities by participating in customer meetings and solution discussions.
Collaborate with local and global NTT DATA teams to leverage best practices and industry expertise.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to provide valuable customer insights.
Requirements
Approximately 3+ years of experience in IT consulting, technology advisory, product ownership, business analysis, solution design, or a similar role.
Experience in at least one of the following domains: Data Center, Networking, Cybersecurity, Contact Center
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technology recommendations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Confidence interacting with customers and facilitating discussions with both technical and business stakeholders.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
Mandatory: Fluency in English and Hungarian.
Nice to have
Experience in technology transformation or modernization projects.
Pre-sales or consulting experience in a technology services environment.
Product Owner or Business Analyst background.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., TOGAF, vendor certifications in networking, security, cloud, or contact center technologies).
