Job Description

The key objective of this role is to bridge the gap between the business needs and the technical delivery team and to help successfully deliver projects within this diverse and challenging space.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive the successful collection, documentation, and validation of business requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies and implement technology-driven improvements
  • Ensure the quality and completeness of business documentation, including requirements, process flows, and user stories, adhering to best practices and standards
  • Act as a strategic liaison to facilitate effective communication between business and IT teams
  • Support cross-functional projects by defining requirements, prioritizing tasks, and aligning IT capabilities with strategic business needs
  • Oversee and guide testing and validation processes to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and mitigate risks
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support collaboration and solution delivery
  • Maintain and manage the project backlog, ensuring priority alignment across business divisions
  • Mediate and resolve project-related issues promptly

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and documentation standards
  • Microsoft SQL experience strongly preferred
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs
  • Passion for continuous improvement and innovation
