Job Duties: Gatherrequirements (functional and non-functional) by using various techniques suchas workshop facilitation, site visits, data, task and workflow analysis.Create, analyze use cases, user stories, functional specifications, diagrams,technical documentation to fulfill requirements given by HR and BusinessStakeholders. Participate in technical meetings between various departmentssuch as QA, DevOps and Vendor project related teams. Work throughfull cycle of Workday Implementation from discovery phase to Project planning,Design, Develop, Implement interfaces (Recruitment, Core HCM, Payroll,Compensation, Benefits, Talent & Performance). Create custom reports,calculated fields and custom objects for desired reports by using appropriatedata source, business objects using Report Writer tool. Maintain,edit Business Processes, Domain, Role and User based security as needed. Test data moved from Legacy Systems like Oracle EBS, My Micros,Infor, Ultipro, multiple third-party systems. Plan, coordinate, execute systemand user acceptance testing. Execute CRP’s/FAT and UAT by businessusers. Log, view, access, follow up, close Service Requests (SRs)online. Conduct E-to-E System Integration Testing (SIT). Identifyknowledge gaps and opportunity for knowledge transfer/training. Tools andutilities: Workday – Core Connector, EIB, Report Writer, JIRA, Soap UI,Oracle, SQL, PLSQL, XML, JSON, MuleSoft, SOA, Business Events Engines,Microsoft Visio, Tableau, Azure, MS Suite.
