Job Description:
Job Duties: Design and develop integration documentation and functional specifications using various tools such as Taleo, PeopleFluent, WECI, and PECI in Workday. Build BR100 and MD50 documents for OM, Depot Repair, and Field Service in global business transformation while adhering to Oracle AIM methodology. Perform GAP Analysis of HCM Workday, Oracle WMS, HRMS, and Financials and build inbound and outbound integrations using EIB, Core Connector, and Workday Studio. Manage business processes and handle various report writer types such as Advanced, Simple, Matrix, Transpose, and Composite. Test and extract data from in-house OLTP DB’s and create non-EBS extensions using Oracle ADF and EBS using QA Framework. Create CO, CD, and CF for HCM, identify and integrate data sources like OLTP, and migrating Flat Files to the OLAP using Informatica. Implement DEX agents for unattended execution and define custom configuration properties for RDP and classic executions. Improve the overall function of the company through techniques such as MoSCoW, KANO model, value stream mapping, walking skeleton, business value, technology risk-based, and 100-point method. Improve software quality through implementation of key practices of Extreme Programming (XP) such as Pair Programming, Test Driven Development (TDD), Acceptance Test Driven Development, and Continuous Integration. Provide software recommendations for implementations and enhancements using the required tools and utilities, such as Workday, Oracle WMS, Oracle HRMS, MuleSoft, Tricentis Tosca, QTest, Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, Quality Center, Power BI, WSDL, REST, SOAP UI, DATALoader, DEX, and TDM Servers.
